Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if any of the following conditions are met:

  1. Damaged or Broken Product Received

    • Product was damaged in transit

    • Clear photos of the damage must be provided

  2. Wrong Item Delivered

    • You received a different item than ordered

    • Photo proof required

  3. Missing Product or Package

    • Your package arrived incomplete

    • Unboxing video is required for claim

  4. Product Not as Described

    • Product differs significantly from the description/images on the site

    • Supporting proof must be provided


Cases NOT Eligible for Refund or Return

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g. changed mind, ordered by mistake)

  • Wrong shipping address provided

  • Orders delayed due to uncontrollable events (customs, pandemic, local carrier delays)

  • No unboxing video in case of missing/damaged item claim

  • Packages that show “Delivered” on the tracking system


📸 Required Proofs for Return or Refund

  • Photo of damaged or incorrect product (multiple angles)

  • Clear screenshot of tracking information (if not delivered)

  • Unboxing video for missing product claims


🔁 Return Process

We do not require physical returns in most cases.

  1. Email us at uniqueelectro01@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your Order Number, issue details, and proof (images/videos)

  3. Our team will verify with our supplier

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days


💵 Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method ( Direct bank transer ,credit/debit card, Payoneer ,Wise, etc.). Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.


🔄 Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, especially for minor issues. We'll always try to resolve it in your favor.
